Some things to note:
|
Attendance Calls:
Calls are placed to homes every day to report students who are marked absent with no reason given to the school's main office. The text of the attendance phone call is: “Good morning. This is Galloway Township Public Schools, calling to notify you that your child, (STUDENT FIRST NAME) (STUDENT LAST NAME), is absent from school today. If you believe you have received this call in error, please call the school to clarify. If you have already notified the school of your child’s absence, please allow this call to serve as confirmation of the absence. We thank you for your attention to this matter.” |
