The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
- Resolution to accept the letter of intent to retire from Sandy Hoffman, nurse at Galloway Township Middle School, with regret, effective June 30, 2012. Ms. Hoffman has been employed by the Galloway Public School District for 24 years and her dedication and commitment to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
- Resolution to approve the retirement of Helene A. Berchtold, food service staff member, with regret, effective January 1, 2012. Ms. Berchtold was employed by the Galloway Public School District for 23 years and her dedication and commitment to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
- Resolution to accept the letter of resignation from Thomas Reilly, custodian at Reeds Road Elementary School, effective April 20, 2012.

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to approve Arthur Rann 4th grade students to do a community service project in Patriot Park in the Community Garden on April 20, 2012 (rain date 4/27/12).
2. Resolution to approve Galloway Township Middle School students to attend the annual Student Council Recognition Picnic at Veterans Memorial Park on June 1,2012.
3. Resolution to approve Galloway Township Middle School students to attend the 8th grade annual trip to Outdoor World on June 6, 2012 (rain date June 8, 2012).
4. Resolution to approve home instruction for Smithville student, M.V., special education (due to illness), 10 hours per week, up to 60 days beginning March 14, 2012. Account #11-150-100-320-00-00
E. FINANCE AND SCHOOL OPERATIONS
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolution for formal Board action, by the School Business Administrator, Timothy E. Kelley:
1. Resolution to approve SVE to attend 7th grade in Galloway Township Public Schools, for 67 days at a cost of $4,551.98 ($67.94 per diem X 67 days) beginning March 3, 2012 through June 12, 2012. (DYFS placement - tuition billed to home district)
2. Resolution to approve MH to attend 7th grade in Galloway Township Public Schools, for 105 days at a cost of $12,060.30 ($114.86 per diem X 105 days) beginning January 9, 2012 through June 12, 2012. (DYFS placement - tuition billed to home district)

- Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(e), the Galloway Board of Education certifies that as of March 31, 2012 after review of the secretary's monthly financial reports (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(b) and there have been no changes in anticipated revenue sources and/or amounts so that sufficient funds are available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

H. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:
1. The Galloway Renegades Organization has requested the use of the GTMS cafetorium on Saturday, April 7, 2012 for a reception from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(Custodial fee of 1- ½ times the prevailing rate is applicable. Administrative approval was granted
prior to board meeting.)
2. PAL has requested the use of the GTMS gymnasium on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from March 27, 2012 through June 28, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for basketball.
