  3. Resolution to approve the Summer Pops Music Program held at Roland Rogers Elementary School and Galloway Township Middle School beginning Monday, June 29, 2015 through August 6, 2015 from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm Monday through Thursday.
  4. Resolution to approve 7th grade URSA students to attend a physics lecture at Stockton University in Galloway, NJ on April 17, 2015.

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:

  1. AAU Basketball requests the use of the Smithville gym for practice on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays beginning April 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015 from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. (Majority of players are Galloway residents)
  2. GTAA requests the use of Arthur Rann, Smithville, and GTMS baseball fields for team practices from April through June 30, 2015 as assigned by Galloway Township Community Services. (All participants are Galloway residents)
  3. Beacon Church Adult Softball League requests the use of the softball fields at GTMS on Monday and Tuesday evenings beginning April 13, 2015 through August 31, 2015 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
  4. East Coast Crush Youth Volleyball requests the use of the GTMS gym on Mondays beginning July 1, 2015 through August 10, 2015 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and Wednesday evenings beginning June 3, 2015 through August 10, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. (Majority of players are Galloway residents)

  1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Alyce Love, teacher at Galloway Township Middle School, effective July 1, 2015. Mrs. Love has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 27 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

  1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Frances J. Sines, teacher at Roland Rogers Elementary School, effective July 1, 2015. Mrs. Sines has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 22 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
