The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to approve district 5th grade students to attend the Number the Stars Musical being held at Roland Rogers Elementary School on May 20, 2019; Reeds Road Elementary School students will walk; Arthur Rann and Smithville Elementary School students will travel by bus; Transportation costs: (Revised total $1,743.75; $1,431.05; Account #20-099-100-600-015-15 (Funded by Ed Foundation Grant); $312.70; Account #11-000-270-512-0XX-00

E. FINANCE AND SCHOOL OPERATIONS
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for formal Board action, as recommended by Joy Nixon, School Business Administrator:

1. Resolution to approve the following tuition receivable student beginning April 8, 2019 through June 30, 2019:

2. Resolution to approve National Life Group to provide life insurance and other products for Galloway Twp. School District employees. (There is no cost to the district)

4. Resolution to approve TD Bank for banking services for the Galloway Township Public School District beginning on or about July 1, 2019.

5. Resolution to approve New Road Construction Management, Inc. as Construction Management Firm of Record for the Galloway Township Public School District.

6. Resolution to approve Waste Management for Trash/Recycling services for the Galloway Township Public School District at annual cost of $52,792 for the 2019-2020 school year.

F. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
Informational Item:
. First job site meeting was held on May 1, 2019 to discuss the new generators at Arthur Rann Elementary School and Pomona Preschool and a report will be given by Chairperson Dase.

2. Resolution to accept the letter of resignation from Tiffany Mortellite, teacher at Roland Rogers Elementary School, effective June 30, 2019.

3. Resolution to accept the letter of resignation from Cheri Steele, teacher at Pomona Preschool, effective June 30, 2019.

4. Resolution to approve Richard Garbutt as an Assistant Principal at Reeds Road Elementary School for the 2019-2020 school year effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. Salary:$85,500.00; Degree: MA+15 Account: 11-000-240-103-045-SA (replacement position)

11.Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, to permanently withhold all adjustment increments and employment increments for the 2019-2020 school year from the salary of Employee 201819#1. The decision of the Board to withhold the salary increment for this employee is based upon the existence of good cause due to the employee's inefficiency and other performance issues. It shall not be mandatory upon the Board of Education to pay any such increment in any future year as an adjusted increment.

12.
