Galloway Township Public Schools now utilizes an online, web-based registration platform called OnCourse. The link to begin the online registration process is at the bottom of this page and is for NEW student registrations.
*A new student is a student that is not currently enrolled in Galloway Township Public Schools and has not been enrolled in Galloway Township Public Schools during the school year for which they are registering.
*Please note, current Galloway Township preschool students who will be entering Kindergarten are NOT considered new students.
As part of the enrollment process, you will be asked to upload various documents within the registration link. Please view the "Registration Information" tab prior to beginning the online process below.

Organization of Documents:
- How you name your documents prior to uploading, will help in the organization of your files and district location of documents.
- It is recommended to name each file with your child's last name, first initial, and then a descriptor of the document itself. See below for examples:
- Birth Certificate: "doe,j birth certificate"
- Lease: "doe,j lease"
- Immunization Info: "doe,j immunizations"
Once you submit your registration via the online system, your responses and documents will be reviewed. Someone will contact you via phone or email to confirm completion or to gather additional information. Please allow up to 14 days for this contact for new Preschool and Kindergarten registration submissions taking place in the Spring/Summer for the upcoming school year.

- If circumstances prevent you from uploading the documents, hard copies of documents can be dropped off at the district office's drop box. The address of the district office is 101 South Reeds Road, Galloway, NJ 08205.
- DISTRICT DROP BOX: Please place all documentation in one envelope with your child's full name and Date of Birth.
