House in Trenton, NJ on January 24, 2020; Transportation Cost: $452.80;
(covered by State House Express Award Grant)

3. Resolution to approve Galloway Township Public Schools to join in the Stockton
University "Expanding Access to Computer Science: Professional Learning"
partnership application (Stockton University is the lead)

4. Resolution to approve the following Atlantic Cape Community College Practicum Student for the 2019-2020 school year:

E. FINANCE AND SCHOOL OPERATIONS
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for the formal Board action, as recommended by Joy Nixon, School Business Administrator:
1. Resolution to approve submission and acceptance of a State House Express Award Grant application in the amount of $500.00 to cover transportation costs for the GTMS Student Council to tour the State House in Trenton, NJ.

2. Resolution to approve the following tuition receivable students:

5. Resolution to approve home instruction for the following students:

Arthur Rann 915700 - 2 hours per day of home instruction for every day of illness per IEP for the 2019-2020 school year.
GTMS 913783 - 10 hours per week of home instruction starting January 2, 2020 pending testing and placement.

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Cub Scout Pack 76 requests the use of the cafeteria at Arthur Rann Elementary School to host meetings on Thursday evenings beginning January 9, 2020 through June 18, 2020, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

2. Mainland Baptist Church requests the use of the gymnasium at Reeds Road Elementary School on Wednesday evenings to host Gym Games, beginning March 4, 2020 through June 24, 2020, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm (start date subject to change depending on PAL's season ending exit date)

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:

1. Resolution to approve Ryan Dalon as Assistant Principal at Galloway Township Middle School for the 2019-2020 school year, effective March 8, 2020 (or sooner if released from current district) through June 30, 2020, pending successful completion of the criminal history review; Salary: $87,000.00 plus $5,000.00 Middle School Stipend (prorated); Degree: MA; Account #11-000-240-103-016-SA (replacement position)

2. Resolution to accept the letter of resignation from Brian Pasternak, classroom assistant at Reeds Road Elementary School, effective January 31,2020.

3. Resolution to approve Mia Tallone as a 5th grade teacher at Roland Rogers Elementary School for the 2019-2020 school year, effective February 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020. Salary: Step 2: $50,818.00 (prorated); Degree: BA; Account #11-120-100-101-046-SA (replacement position)

4. Resolution to extend Randi Guidos as a special education teacher at Roland Rogers Elementary School for the 2019-2020 school year, effective January 2, 2020 through January 31,2020. Salary: Step 1: $50,618.00 (prorated); Degree: BA; Account #11-213-100-101-045-SA
