1. Resolution to approve Extra Duty Solutions to provide Galloway Township police officers, as needed, for special events held in the evenings during the 2019-2020 school year at a cost of $65.00 per hour.

2. Resolution to approve Memorandum of Understanding with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to provide portal access to current driver status and driver history abstracts for a 5 year term, effective October 8, 2019.

2. East Coast Crush Girls Volleyball requests the use of the gym at GTMS for practice on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings beginning October 16, 2019 through May 15, 2020, 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Sandra Cain, physical education/health teacher at Arthur Rann Elementary School, effective December 31,2019. Ms. Cain has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 29 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

2. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Tracey Goodlad,CST Secretary at Galloway Township Middle School/Arthur Rann Elementary School, effective December 31,2019. Mrs. Goodlad has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 25 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

3. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Elizabeth Vanderslice, food service worker at Smithville Elementary School, effective October 15, 2019. Mrs. Vanderslice has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 23 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

4. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Jeanne Rethy, ESL teacher at Galloway Township Middle School, effective December 31,2019. Ms. Rethy has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 20 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
