3. RESOLUTION FOR MEMBER PARTICIPATION IN A COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATIVE PRICING AGREEMENT RESOLUTION NUMBER: 3
WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11 (5) authorizes contracting units to establish a Cooperative Pricing System and to enter into Cooperative Pricing Agreements for its administration; and
WHEREAS, the Camden County Educational Services Commission, hereinafter referred to as the "Lead Agency" has offered voluntary participation in a Cooperative Pricing System for the purchase of goods and services;
WHEREAS, on April 8, 2019 the governing body of the Galloway Township Board of Education, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey duly considered participation in a Cooperative Pricing System for the provision and performance of goods and services;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
TITLE: This RESOLUTION shall be known and may be cited as the Cooperative Pricing Resolution of the Galloway Township Board of Education.
AUTHORITY: Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), Joy Nixon as School Business Administrator and Qualified Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperative Pricing Agreement with the Lead Agency.
CONTRACTING UNIT: The Lead Agency shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other provisions of the revised statutes of the State of New Jersey.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.

4. Resolution to approve an agreement between Galloway Township Public School District and Rowan University to provide training for dietetic interns in the food services department beginning June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020, at no cost to the district.

1. Resolution to approve DEC Electrical Contractors for the installation of new generators at Arthur Rann Elementary School and the Pomona Pre-School in the amount of $324,400.

2. THE BOARD OF EDUCATION IN THE TOWNSHIP OF GALLOWAY, COUNTY OF ATLANTIC Resolution Authorizing Disposal of Surplus Property
WHEREAS, the Galloway School District is the owner of certain surplus property which is no longer needed for public use; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education is desirous of selling said surplus property in an "as is" condition without express or implied warranties.
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Board of Education in the Township of Galloway, County of Atlantic, as follows:
(I) The sale of the surplus property shall be conducted through GovDeals pursuant to State Contract A-83453/T2581 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the State Contract. The terms and conditions of the agreement entered into with GovDeals is available online at govdeals.com and also available from the Galloway Township Board of Education.
(2) The sale will be conducted online and the address of the auction site is govdeals.com.
(3) The sale is being conducted pursuant to Local Finance Notice 2008-9.
(4) A list of the surplus property to be sold is as follows:

(6) The Galloway Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any bid submitted.

G.COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Galloway Renegade Cheer requests the use of the cafeteria at Arthur Rann to host Parent Coach Meetings on the following dates, Monday, April 15,2019 and Wednesday, May 16, 2019, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
2. Galloway Renegade Cheer requests the use of cafeteria at Arthur Rann Elementary School to host a Paint Night Fundraiser on Friday, May 3, 2019, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
3. Galloway United Youth Soccer requests the use of the gym at Reeds Road Elementary School on Saturday, May 18, 2019 to host team picture day, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.
4. Mainland Baptist Church requests the use of the gym at GTMS on Saturday, May 18, 2019 to host a 3 on 3 basketball tournament, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

H. PERSONNEL
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Patti Lang, teacher at Roland Rogers Elementary School, effective June 30, 2019. Mrs. Lang has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 34 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

2. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Louis "Butch" Massey, maintenance worker at Galloway Township Public Schools, effective September 3, 2019. Mr. Massey has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 27 years and his dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

3. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Mary Beth Wegman, nurse at Roland Rogers Elementary School, effective June 30, 2019. Mrs. Wegman has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 18 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

4. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Carol Demarest, classroom assistant at Roland Rogers Elementary School, effective June 30, 2019. Mrs. Demarest has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 18 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
