2. Resolution to approve the GTMS Drill/Step Team to perform at the Pan-Hellenic Council Greek Yard Show at Stockton University on March 7, 2019 (Parent transport) (Administrative approval granted)

3. Resolution to approve the GTMS drama students to walk to Reeds Road Elementary School and perform Into the Woods on March 26, 2019.

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for the formal Board action, as recommended by Joy Nixon, School Business Administrator:

3. Resolution to approve the disposal of property:
WHEREAS, the Galloway School District is the owner of certain surplus property which is no longer needed for public use; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education is desirous of selling said surplus property in an "as is" condition without express or implied warranties.
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Board of Education in the Township of Galloway, County of Atlantic, as follows:
(1) The sale of the surplus property shall be conducted through GovDeals pursuant to State Contract A-83453/T2581 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the State Contract. The terms and conditions of the agreement entered "into with GovDeals is available online at govdeals.com and also available from the Galloway Township Board of Education.
(2) The sale will be conducted online and the address of the auction site is govdeals.com.
(3) The sale is being conducted pursuant to Local Finance Notice 2008-9.
(4) A list of the surplus property to be sold is as attached.
(5) The surplus property as identified shall be sold in an "as-is" condition without express or implied warranties with the successful bidder required to execute a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement concerning use of said surplus property.
(6) The Galloway Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any bid submitted. (Attachment E.1)

4. Resolution to approve the School Food Authorities Consolidation of School Nutrition Programs Agreement between Galloway Township Public Schools and the Atlantic Community Charter School for the 2019 - 2020 school year. (Attachment E. 2)

5. Resolution to approve the School Food Authorities Consolidation of School Nutrition Programs Agreement between Galloway Township Public Schools and the Port Republic School District for the 2019 - 2020 school year. (Attachment E.3)

6. Resolution to approve the food service administrative fee contract between Galloway Township Public Schools and the Port Republic School District for the 2019 2020 school year beginning July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020 for an administrative fee of $15,000 ($1,250 per month for 12 months). (Attachment E.4)

7. Resolution to approve the food service administrative fee contract between Galloway Township Public Schools and the Atlantic Community Charter School for the 2019 - 2020 school year beginning July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020 for an administrative fee of $15,000 ($1,250 per month for 12 months). Transportation:
11. Resolution to approve participation in a joint transportation agreement with Atlantic County Special Services School District for the 2019-2020 school year.
WHEREAS, the following Boards of Education: Absecon, Atlantic City, Brigantine, Egg Harbor Township, Estell Manor, Galloway, Greater Egg Harbor Regional, Linwood, Mainland Regional, Margate, Mullica Township, Northfield, Pleasantville, Somers Point, Ventnor, and Weymouth desire to transport students to specific destinations; and
WHEREAS, the Atlantic County Special Services School District Board of Education is willing to provide the services to coordinate transportation for the above-referred-to Boards of Education for transportation to special education, private, vocational-technical, and other school students to specific destinations in order to attempt to achieve the maximum cost effectiveness;
WHEREAS, the Atlantic County Special Services School District Board of Education shall provide such services under the name of the Atlantic County Special Services School District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Galloway Township District Board of Education that pursuant hereto the President and Secretary of Galloway Township Board of Education are hereby authorized and directed to execute a duplicate of the Resolution which shall act as an agreement between the Galloway Township Board of Education and the Atlantic County Special Services School District for the coordination of transportation of special education, private, vocational-technical, or their school students to specific destinations upon the following terms and conditions
as described in the attached contract. (Attachment E. 8)

F. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolution for the formal Board action, as recommended by Joy Nixon, School Business Administrator:

• Facilities committee meeting held February 27,2019 and an update will be given by Chairperson Dase.
• Update on February 28th Pre-Bid meeting for Generators for Arthur Rann and Pomona Pre-School. Bid opening March 26th at 1:OOpm.

1. Resolution to approve Change Order #2 for Alterations and Electrical Upgrades at Arthur Rann Elementary School and Reeds Road Elementary School from R. Maxwell Construction Company, Inc., for a total deduction of $1,000.00. Revised contract was for $296,300.00 and the new revised amount is for $295,300.00 (Attachment F.1 )

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. PAL Basketball requests the use of Roland Rogers Elementary School on Friday evenings for practice beginning March 1, 2019 through March 29, 2019, 6:00 pm 8:00 pm. (Administrative approval granted)

2. PAL Basketball requests the use of Reeds Road Elementary School on Monday evenings for practice beginning March 4, 2019 through March 25, 2019, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. (Administrative approval granted)

3. Galloway Warriors Lacrosse requests the use of gym at Roland Rogers Elementary School for practice on Thursday evenings beginning March 7, 2019 through June 14, 2019, 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm. (Administrative approval granted)

4. South Jersey Mustang Baseball (formerly Galloway Mustangs) requests the use of the gym at Roland Rogers on Wednesday evenings for training beginning March 13, 2019 through May 8, 2019, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. (Majority of players are Galloway residents)

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Mary Lou Cawley, teacher at Reeds Road Elementary School, effective June 30, 2019. Mrs. Cawley has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 42 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

2. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Mary McCarty, teacher at Roland Rogers Elementary School, effective June 30, 2019. Mrs. McCarty has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 28 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

3. Resolution to approve the family leave request from Jeanine Conover, teacher at Galloway Township Middle School, as follows:
