4. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.1 0(c)4, the Galloway Board of Education certifies that as of August 31, 2018 after review of the secretary's monthly financial reports (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(b) and
there have been no changes in anticipated revenue sources and/or amounts so that sufficient funds are available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

11. Resolution to approve the renewal contract with Mobilelease Modular Space, Inc. for the modular building at Pomona Preschool. The monthly lease payment will remain at $1,750 per month through June 30, 2019. This is in accordance with the Keystone Purchasing Network. (Funded by the Preschool Expansion Grant)

12. Resolution to approve the renewal Inter-Local Agreement between the Township of Galloway and the Galloway Township Public School District for Special Law Enforcement Officers (SLEOs) to work as School Resource Officers (SROs) in the district beginning September 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 at a cost of $30.00 per hour ($25 per hour for officer and $5 per hour for payroll taxes and fees
incurred by the Township). The Township shall provide a police vehicle for transport and the District shall pay for fuel based on a mutually agreed cost per mile as documented by the Township. The District shall also maya one time initial cost for uniforms and equipment for each new hire at a rate not to exceed $1,100.00 per officer.

13. Resolution to approve submission and acceptance of "Q Your School" Product Donation Grant Program to prOVide 12 AUVI-Q® (epinephrine injection, USP) at no cost to the District for the 2018-2019 school year.

F. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for formal Board action, as recommended by Joy Nixon, School Business Administrator:
1. Resolution to approve the withdrawal from maintenance reserve account and transfer into the appropriate maintenance accounts.
WHEREAS N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-14.2 permits a Board of Education, by resolution, to withdraw such funds from the maintenance reserve account and appropriate into the required maintenance account lines at budget time or anytime during the year for use on required maintenance activities for a school facility, including the health and safety of pupils, employees, and visitors; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned code authorizes the Board of Education to apply such funds to fund the following maintenance projects:

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to enter into agreement with the Atlantic County Office of Emergency Management for Galloway Township Middle School and Roland Rogers Elementary School to serve as county shelters during disasters and large scale emergencies that could affect all or portions of Atlantic County (Copy will be available at meeting)

2. Mainland Baptist Church requests the use of the gym at Reeds Road Elementary School for gym games on Wednesday evenings beginning September 26, 2018 through October 24, 2018, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm.

3. Boy Scouts Pack #12 requests the use of the cafeteria on Tuesday evenings at Smithville Elementary School to host cub scout den meetings beginning October 2, 2018 through May 14, 2019, 6:30 pm - 8: 15 pm

4. East Coast Crush Girls Volleyball requests the use of the gym at GTMS on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings beginning October 15,2018 through May 3, 2019, 5:30 pm -9:30 pm

5. Special Olympics of New Jersey requests the use of the gym and cafetorium at GTMS to host the Special Olympics 2019 Winter Games Volleyball Tournament beginning Friday, January 4, 2019 (after dismissal for setup); Saturday, January 5, 2019 through Sunday, January 6, 2019, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
