BUDGET SUBMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED to approve the proposed school district budget for the 2018-2019 School Year for submission to the Executive County Superintendent of Schools as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED to acknowledge that the 2018-2019 bUdget as described above results in a general fund tax levy of $ 32,557,191 and a debt service fund tax levy of $132,398.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-7.3, budgeted travel expenses do not exceed $50,000.
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-5.2(a), maximum dollar amounts for public relations and professional services have been established and are detailed in the appropriations section of the 2018-2019 budget.

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.1 0(c)4, the Galloway Board of Education certifies that as of February 28, 2018 after review of the secretary's monthly financial reports (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.1 O(b) and there have been no changes in anticipated revenue sources and/or amounts so that sufficient funds are available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Kandi Hayden, guidance counselor at Reeds Road Elementary School, effective June 30, 2018. Mrs. Hayden has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 25 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
2.
