The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for formal Board action, as recommended by Joy Nixon, School Business Administrator:
1. Resolution to approve submission and acceptance of the FY 2019 Preschool Expansion Grant in the amount of $1 ,202,421, including $32,000 of one-time supplemental funding and $105,000 of estimated carryover. (Copy will be available at the meeting.)
2. Resolution to appoint Joy N. Nixon as the Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA) as of effective January 10, 2018 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-9(g). Mrs. Nixon met the requirements established by Chapter 440, Laws of 1999 and is hereby officially recognized as a QPA.
3. Resolution authorizing the purchase of electric generation services through the Alliance for Competitive Energy Services (ACES) beginning May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2023. (Attachment E.1)

1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Marilyn A. Moore, Supervisor of Guidance, Health Services, Child Care and Community Services, effective August 2, 2018. Ms. Moore has worked in the Galloway
Township Public School District for 29 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
