BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-7.3, budgeted travel expenses do not exceed $ 50,000.
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-5.2(a), maximum dollar amounts for public relations and professional services have been established and are detailed in the appropriations section of the 2017-2018 budget.

(Funded by the Education Foundation) (Originally approved on 2/13/17 agenda; parent and staff transport for return trip)

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:
1. South Jersey Youth Futbol Club requests the use of the gym at Arthur Rann Elementary School for soccer practice on Wednesdays beginning March 8, 2017 through April 26, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. (Administrative approval granted) (All participants are Galloway residents)
2. South Jersey Youth Futbol Club requests the use of the gym at Smithville Elementary School for soccer practice on Thursdays beginning March 9, 2017 through April 27, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. (Administrative approval granted) (All participants are Galloway residents)
3. Atlantic United Girls Soccer requests the use of the gym at Roland Rogers Elementary School for soccer practice on Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning March 16, 2017 through May 31, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. (Majority of players are Galloway residents)
4. First Level Sports requests the use of the gym at Reeds Road Elementary School for youth basketball training on Mondays from 6:00 pm 9:00 pm and Thursdays from 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm beginning March 16, 2017 through May 29, 2017. (Majority of players are Galloway residents)
5. AAU Wildcats Girls Basketball requests the use of the gym at Roland Rogers Elementary School for basketball practice on Tuesdays beginning March 21, 2017 through June 1, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. (All participants are Galloway residents)
6. GTAA Baseball requests the use of district fields for practice Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays beginning April 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. (Field use is coordinated by Galloway Township Community Services)
7. The American Red Cross requests the use of the library at GTMS to host a blood drive on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm. (Sponsored by GTMS Builder's Club)
H. PERSONNEL
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Kathie Hathaway, Principal at Smithville Elementary School, effective June 30, 2017. Dr. Hathaway has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 40 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
2. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Steve Bolli, Facilities/Operations Manager at Galloway Township Public Schools, effective August 31, 2017. Mr. Bolli has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 25 years and his dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
3. Resolution to approve the intermittent family leave request from Jennifer Sawhill, physical education teacher at Reeds Road Elementary School, as follows:
