Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(c)4, the Galloway Board of Education certifies that as of July 31 , 2016 after review of the secretary's monthly financial reports (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(b) and there have been no changes in anticipated revenue sources and/or amounts so that sufficient funds are available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

8. Resolution to approve the food service administrative fee contract between Galloway Township Public Schools and the Atlantic Community Charter School for the 2016 - 2017 school year beginning September 1, 2016 for an administrative fee of $1,500 per month for 10 months. (Attachment E.8)

9. Resolution to approve the 5-year service agreement for PCS Revenue Control Systems Inc. at a yearly payment of $10,716 for a total cost of $53,580.00 beginning July 1, 2016.

10. Resolution to approve the 3-year purchase agreement for Trebron Company, Inc. for lightspeed mobile device software at a yearly payment of $5,853.40 for a total cost of $17,560.20 beginning July 1, 2016.

11. Resolution to approve a 5-year lease with Dell Financial Services at a yearly payment of $59,756.97 for a total cost of $298,784.85 beginning July 1, 2016.

12. Resolution to approve the annual renewal of Bollinger Specialty Group, Student Accident Policy, for the 2016 - 2017 school year in the amount of $17,894.00.

13. Resolution to approve a voluntary student insurance plan provided by Bollinger Specialty Group at an annual cost of $92.00 per student. This policy is for a $500,000 maximum benefit. This plan is purchased by the parent/guardian and is no cost to the district.

14. Resolution to approve the renewal Inter-Local Agreement between the Township of Galloway and the Galloway Township Public School District for Special Law Enforcement Officers (SLEOs) to work as School Resource Officers (SROs) in the district beginning September 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 at a cost of $25.00 per hour.

15. Resolution that the Galloway Township Public School District resolves that the private school, YALE School East Campus, is not required to charge District students for any paid or reduced meals furnished directly or indirectly by YALE to them. This shall be effective for the school year beginning September 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017.

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:
1. Boy Scouts of America requests the use of the cafeteria at Roland Rogers on Friday, September 30,2016 to host a Cub Scout recruitment evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
2. Murray's Men's Basketball League requests the use of the gym at Roland Rogers on Friday nights beginning September 1,2016 through June 30,2017. (majority of players Galloway residents)

1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Susan Kerrigan, teacher at GTMS, effective November 1, 2016. Ms. Kerrigan has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 27 years and her dedication to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
