1. Letter from Betty Kelly, Account Executive of Be The Match, thanking the district staff and community for donating $1,837.00 to the program and for sponsoring a Marrow Donor Drive.

B. PRESENTATIONS
2. Congratulations to Hunter Greb on earning his license and being recognized as one of the State's youngest ham radio operators, which included a "Hunter Greb Day" in Atlantic County.

C. SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT

1. Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying Report for the reporting period from February 18, 2016 through March 23, 2016. (Attachment C.1)

D. CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:

1. Resolution to approve submission of the 2016-2017 through 2018-2019 Comprehensive Equity Plan to the New Jersey Department of Education. (A copy of the plan will be available at the meeting and in the district office.)

2. Resolution to approve the GTMS Drill/Step Team to compete in the 4th Annual Greek Step Competition at International High School, Paterson, NJ on May 14, 2016. Admission Cost: $75.00; Account: #11-401-100-610-16-00 (Parent Transportation)

E. FINANCE AND SCHOOL OPERATIONS
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for formal Board action, as recommended by Abromo L. Vallese, Interim School Business Administrator, and the Finance Committee:

1. Resolution to accept the following food service reports:

Cafeteria: Profit and Loss Statement for January and February 2016. (Attachment F.1 and F.1 a)
Trial Balance Report/Breakfast & Lunch Cash Sales (Attachment F.2 and F.2a)
Breakfast & Lunch Meal Counts Participation (Attachment F.3 F.3a)
Special Income Detail. (Attachment FA and FAa)

2. Resolution to accept the Investment Report(s) for January and February 2016 in accordance with Policy #3290. (Attachment F.5 and 5a)

3. Resolution to accept the Board Secretary's monthly certification budgetary line item status for January 31,2016 and February 29,2016. (Attachment F.6 and F.6a)

4. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(c)4, the Galloway Board of Education certifies that as of January 31, 2016 and February 29, 2016 after review of the secretary's monthly financial reports (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(b) and there have been no changes in anticipated revenue sources and/or amounts so that sufficient funds are available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

5. Resolution to approve the Cash and Secretary's Report for the months of January and February 2016. (Attachment F.7 and F.7a)

6. Resolution to approve the March Bill List 2015-2016 Budget. (Attachment F.8)

7. Resolution to approve the January and February transfers for the 2015-2016 BUdget. (Attachment F.9)

8. Resolution to approve new account 11-000-251-330-00-00 for Business Office Purchase Professional Services established for the Interim Business Administrator for the 2015-2016 Budget.

9. Resolution to approve the withdrawal from maintenance reserve account and transfer into the appropriate maintenance accounts.

WHEREAS N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-14.2 permits a Board of Education, by resolution, to withdraw such funds from the maintenance reserve account and appropriate into the required maintenance account lines at budget time or anytime during the year for use on required maintenance activities for a school facility; and

WHEREAS, the aforementioned code authorizes the Board of Education to apply such funds to fund the following maintenance project:

Install Compressor
Scoreboard Replacement
Pomona School Repair Front Steps
Roof Repairs
Painting
Roland Rogers Elementary School Replace Pads in the Gymnasium
Reeds Road Elementary School Trailer Skirt Replacement

Trailer Railing Replacement

WHEREAS, the Galloway Township Board of Education has determined that $99,080 is available for such transfer;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Galloway Board of Education that it hereby authorizes the district's School Business Administrator to make these transfers to the required maintenance lines consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Resolution to approve a 1:1 aide for student #905535 at Atlantic County Special Services, Mays Landing campus, beginning March 2, 2016 through June 30, 2016 at a cost of $43,740 prorated. Account #11-000-100-565-00-02

11. Resolution to approve out-of-district placement for transfer-in student #912192 in the Multiply Disabled program at Atlantic County Special Services, Mays Landing campus, beginning March 15, 2016 through June 30, 2016, at a cost of $38,880 prorated. Account #11-000-100-565-00-02

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:

1. Special Olympics of New Jersey requests the use of fields at GTMS to host the Play Unified School Partnership Soccer Tournament on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. (group responsible for custodial costs)

2. Murray's Men's Basketball League requests the use of Roland Rogers' gym on Friday nights beginning Friday, March 25, 2016 through Friday, May 27,2016 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

H. PERSONNEL
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:

1. Resolution to approve the family leave request from Jeanine Wiener, ELA teacher at GTMS, as follows:

2. Resolution to approve Joy N. Nixon as School Business Administrator/Board Secretary for the 2015-2016 school year effective May 30, 2016 or sooner depending upon release from current position through June 30, 2016. Salary: $115,000.00 (pro-rated); Account #11-000-251-1 04-00-SA (replacement position) (Mrs. Nixon's contract was approved by the Interim Executive County Superintendent; a copy will be available at the meeting.)

4. Resolution to approve adjustments to the salary guide in accordance with the negotiated agreement for the following certificated staff due to changes in their earned degree / credit status. (Attachment H.1 )
