4. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(e), the Galloway Board of Education certifies that as of February 28, 2014 after review of the secretary's monthly financial reports (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(b) and there have been no changes in anticipated revenue sources and/or amounts so that sufficient funds are available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

1. Resolution to approve the School Business Administrator to advertise for bids for the roofing replacements at Roland Rogers and Smithville Elementary Schools.

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:

  1. Mainland Baptist Church has requested the use of the Reeds Road gymnasium on Wednesday evenings beginning March 26, 2014 through May 28, 2014 from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm for basketball games (Majority of the players are Galloway residents)

  2. The Atlantic Cape May Wildcats basketball team has requested the use of the Roland Rogers gymnasium on Tuesday and Friday evenings beginning March 25, 2014 through June 27, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm (Majority of the players are Galloway residents)

  3. The Galloway Renegades Football Team has requested the use of the Reeds Road gymnasium on Tuesday evenings beginning March 25, 2014 through April 29, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for physical fitness and training (Majority of the players are Galloway residents)

  4. The Beacon Church has requested the use of one of our softball fields on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm beginning April 7, 2014 through August 18, 2014 for their adult softball team

  1. Resolution to approve adjustments to the salary guide in accordance with the negotiated agreement for the following certificated staff due to changes in their earned degree / credit status. (Attachment H.1)

1A. Resolution to accept the resignation of John Gibson, Principal at Arthur Rann Elementary School and Pomona Preschool, effective April 1, 2014.

1B. Resolution to appoint Kevin McGloin as the Acting Principal at Arthur Rann Elementary School and Pomona Preschool for the 2013 - 2014 school year, effective April 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014. Stipend: $1,000.00 per month; Account #11-000-240-104-15-SA
