been employed by the Galloway School District for 10 years and her dedication

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolution for formal Board action, by the School Business Administrator, Timothy E. Kelley:
- Resolution to cancel unspent balances from the capital project fund (Installation of Solar Panels at the Galloway Township Middle School) in the amount of $169,000. This balance is cancelled to the debt service fund and will offset the local tax levy for debt service in the 2013-2014 budget.

- Resolution to approve Joanne Popeson, Nicole Warriner, Juli Dunkleberger, for supplemental speech services/therapy by Galloway speech therapists on an as needed basis for the 2012-2013 school year. This is required to meet the NJDOE SEMI mandate of licensed therapists. Account # 11-000-216-101-15-SA
- Resolution to approve a contract with the New Jersey Department of Education Office of Special Education -Contract for Parent Survey: Cohort 7 of Students With Disabilities, Ages 3-21. The contract will provide the district with up to $900 in reimbursement for staff hours utilized in completion of the survey.

Cub Scout Pack 12 has requested the use of the Roland Rogers cafeteria on Saturday,
February 23, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for their Blue and Gold Dinner.
(Custodial fee of 1 ½ times their hourly rate is applicable.)
