The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolution for formal Board action, by the School Business Administrator, Timothy E. Kelley:

  1. Resolution to cancel unspent balances from the capital project fund (Installation of Solar Panels at the Galloway Township Middle School) in the amount of $169,000. This balance is cancelled to the debt service fund and will offset the local tax levy for debt service in the 2013-2014 budget.

Resolution to approve Joanne Popeson, Nicole Warriner, Juli Dunkleberger, for supplemental speech services/therapy by Galloway speech therapists on an as needed basis for the 2012-2013 school year.   1. Resolution to approve a contract with the New Jersey Department of Education Office of Special Education -Contract for Parent Survey: Cohort 7 of Students With Disabilities, Ages 3-21. The contract will provide the district with up to $900 in reimbursement for staff hours utilized in completion of the survey.

COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:

Cub Scout Pack 12 has requested the use of the Roland Rogers cafeteria on Saturday,
February 23, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for their Blue and Gold Dinner.
(Custodial fee of 1 ½ times their hourly rate is applicable.)
