A member of the Galloway Township team since 1995, Mr. McGloin began as a 5th grade teacher. After teaching in 4th, 5th and 6th grades over the next few years, he then moved into administration. He served as the Assistant Principal at Arthur Rann Elementary from 2003 to 2014. Mr. McGloin then moved into the position of Principal, and has served in that capacity for the last 10 years.

Mr. O'Connor’s first position was 7th Grade Teacher at a private school in Philadelphia, PA in 1995. He joined our Galloway Township School District as a 5th Grade Teacher in 1998 at Reeds Road, and he became their Assistant principal in 2004. Mr. O’Connor joined Arthur Rann in 2014 as the Assistant Principal. He has been working with Arthur Rann students, the families and guardians of students, and staff for the past 10 years. Mr. O’Connor is very excited as he begins his 11th year at Arthur Rann!
