Mr. Lightcap has worked in Galloway Township for over 20 years.  After teaching 6th grade at Arthur Rann, he started his administrative career at Reeds Road.  After serving as both Assistant Principal and Principal of Reeds, he joined the staff at Roland Rogers in 2024. Mr. Lightcap looks forward to building strong relationships with students, families and staff. He is proud to be the principal of such an outstanding school.

Ms. Cibotti is excited to join Roland Rogers Elementary School as Assistant Principal. With 12 years of experience teaching English Language Arts at both the high school and middle school levels, including her most recent position at Galloway Township Middle School, she brings a love of mentoring and cultivating school culture along with her.  Ms. Cibotti is deeply committed to the belief that every child can learn. She is thrilled to be part of such an incredible community of students, staff, and families.
