Resolution to approve Peterson Service Company, Inc. to replace HVAC ATC for GTMS at a total cost of $474,700 purchased through Camden County Educational Services Commission #66CCEPS to acquire services and supplies as a non-fair and open contract pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20A or 20.5 as appropriate.

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Atlantic United Soccer requests the use of the gym at Smithville Elementary School on Saturday afternoons to host practice sessions beginning January 25, 2020 through February 29, 2020, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm (administrative approval granted) (majority of players Galloway residents) (custodial fees apply)

2. PAL requests the use of the cafeteria at Reeds Road Elementary School to host Team Picture Day on Saturday, February 1, 2020, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

H. PERSONNEL
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Mary Anne Nigro, kindergarten teacher at Smithville Elementary School, effective June 30, 2020. Mrs. Nigro has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 32 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

2. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Alison Marcello, 2nd grade elementary school teacher at Smithville Elementary School, effective June 30, 2020. Mrs. Marcello has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 31 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

3. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Kimberly Schaffer, kindergarten intervention teacher at Smithville Elementary School, effective June 30, 2020.
