F. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for the formal Board action, as recommended by Joy Nixon, School Business Administrator:
1. Resolution to approve Change Order #1 for an increase of $11,542.53 for labor and material associated with re-piping of the gas meter for the new generators at Arthur Rann Elementary School and Pomona Pre-School for DEC Electrical Contractors, Inc. The original contract was for $324,400.00 with an additional increase of $11,542.53 for a revised contract amount of $341.552.53. (Attachment F.1)

2. Resolution to approve Change Order #1 for a decrease of $500.00 for Alterations and Electric Upgrades at Arthur Rann Elementary School and Reeds Road Elementary School for Falasca Mechanical. The original contract was for $13,900.00 with a decrease of $500.00 for a revised contract amount of $13,400.00. (Attachment F.2)

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:

1. Galloway Renegade Cheer requests the use of the cafeteria at Arthur Rann Elementary School to host two parent meetings on December 12 & 18, 2019, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (administrative approval granted)

2. NJ Youth Soccer Association requests the use of the gym on Monday evenings at Roland Rogers Elementary School for practice beginning January 6, 2020 through March 9, 2020, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (majority of players are Galloway residents)

3. Atlantic United Youth Soccer Wildcats requests the use of the gym at Smithville Elementary School on Saturday afternoons beginning January 4, 2020 through February 2020, 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm (majority of players are Galloway residents) (custodial fees apply)

4. AMI (Atlantic Medical Imaging) Foundation requests the use of the cafetorium at GTMS to host a Designer Bag Bingo Night to benefit the AMI Mobile Mammography Van on Saturday, February 1, 2020, 12:00 pm- 10:00 pm (custodial fees apply) (inclement weather date Saturday February 22, 2020)

5. Atlantic United Youth Soccer Wildcats requests the use of the gym at Smithville Elementary School on Tuesday and Friday evenings beginning March 3, 2020 through March 31, 2020, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Patricia Ade, food service worker at Reeds Road Elementary School, effective June 30, 2020. Mrs. Ade has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 28 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
