1. Resolution to approve Comprehensive Maintenance Plan (CMP) N.J.A.C. 6:A:26-A for the 2018-19 school year. This document will be filed as required with the Executive County Superintendent of Schools. (Attachment F.1)

2. Resolution to approve Change Order #1 for an increase of $59,300.00 for the general construction contract of R. Maxwell Construction Co., Inc. The original contract was for $237,000.00 with an additional increase of $59,300.00 for a revised contract amount of $296,300.00. (Attachment F.2)

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Absegami Boys Basketball requests the ·use of the gym at Roland Rogers Elementary School on Friday, October 19 and Friday, October 26, 2018, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. (Administrative approval granted)
2. Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey requests the use of the cafeteria at Roland Rogers Elementary School to host a Paper Circuits Holiday Card Program on Thursday, December 6, 2018, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.

H. PERSONNEL
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Kathleen Geib, art teacher at Roland Rogers Elementary School, effective January 1, 2019. Mrs. Geib has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 17 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

2. Resolution to approve Matthew Tatur as a full-time social studies teacher at Galloway Township Middle School for the 2018-2019 school year, effective December 18,2018 through June 30, 2019. Salary: Step 1: $49,501.00; (prorated) Degree: BA; Account #11-130-100-1 01-016-SA (replacement position)
