4. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(c)4, the Galloway Board of Education Certifies that as of February 28, 2017 after review of the secretary's monthly financial reports (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the
appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(b) and there have been no changes in anticipated revenue sources and/or amounts so that sufficient funds are available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Ben Fong, Instrumental Music Teacher/Band Director at Reeds Road Elementary School, effective June 30, 2017. Mr. Fong has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 15 years and his dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.
