E. FINANCE AND SCHOOL OPERATIONS
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for formal Board action, as recommended by Abromo L. Vallese, Interim School Business Administrator:

1. Resolution to award a bid and related contract to Atlantic Coast Alarm, Inc for fire alarm replacements at Reeds Road and Roland Rogers Elementary Schools in the amount of $179,777.00. Other Bids were received from:
ESCO Electrical $217,044,00
DEC Electrical $254,400.00
Haig Services $352,000.00

2. Resolution to approve the withdrawal from maintenance reserve account and transfer into the appropriate maintenance accounts.

WHEREAS N.J.A.C. 6A:23A14.2 permits a Board of Education, by resolution, to withdraw such funds from the maintenance reserve account and appropriate into the required maintenance account lines at budget time or anytime during the year for use on required maintenance activities for a school facility; and

WHEREAS , the aforementioned code authorizes the Board of Education to apply such funds to fund the following maintenance project:

3. Resolution to accept the AtlantiCare School Wellness Grant awarded to the Galloway Township Middle School, in the amount of $1,066.50.

4. Resolution to dismantle and dispose of the following equipment. It is too old and costly to repair.

F. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions for formal Board action, as recommended by Abromo L. Vallese, Interim School Business Administrator:

1. Resolution to approve Change Order #1 from Mobilease Modular Space for modular classrooms at the Pomona PreSchool for an increased amount of $12,741.30. Original contract amount was $114,553.00 and the revised amount is $127,294.30. (Attachment F.1)

G. COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:

1. Sports Tools & Life Skills Academy requests the use of the gym at Roland Rogers on Monday and Wednesday nights beginning Wednesday April 13th through Wednesday June 29, 2016 from 6:00 pm 9:30 pm. (majority of participants Galloway Residents)

2. Mainland Baptist Church requests the use of the gym at Arthur Rann for gym games from 7:00 pm 8:30 pm on the following dates:
April 6, 13, 20, 27
May 4, 18, 25
June 1, 15, 22, 29

H. PERSONNEL
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following resolutions:

1. Resolution to accept, with regret, the letter of intent to retire from Carol Badia, teacher at Arthur Rann Elementary School, effective July 1, 2016. Mrs. Badia has worked in the Galloway Township Public School District for 28 years and her dedication and service to students and staff are appreciated by our entire school family.

2. Resolution to approve a one year leave of absence in accordance with NJSA 18A:36A14 for Megan Schenauer, teacher at GTMS, effective September 1, 2016
through June 30, 2017, without pay, without benefits.
