Dear Arthur Rann Families:
The following serves as another important update, this time related to Childcare services that will resume for Arthur Rann families. Please review the information below in its entirety.
First and foremost, thank you for your continued patience as we developed a plan that not only allowed for us to meet the needs of our students and families, but most importantly had procedures in place to ensure the safety of our students, while also adhering to the requirements of the State of NJ, which requires a childcare license at any location we chose to utilize. With that in mind please see our plan below which will offer both before care and after care beginning Monday, February 9th.
Log into RevTrak for daily childcare needs, following the normal process. All calendars will again be open for scheduling beginning 2/5/26. We are asking that those requiring childcare services for the week of February 9th update their calendar requests by 5:00pm on Friday, February 6, 2026.

Before Care (Morning): Arthur Rann Elementary School students who require before care would be dropped off by their parents/guardians at the locations listed in the table above.
Preschool Students and Ms. Hafto’s Class = Roland Rogers Elementary School
Grades Kindergarten - 6th Grade = Galloway Township Middle School
Before Care at both Roland Rogers Elementary School and Galloway Township Middle School will begin at 7:00am. Please see the maps below for both drop off and pick up locations for each school.
Grade 4-6 Students: Please note that in an effort to accommodate our families, and in working with our transportation vendor, Integrity Transportation, we will be providing a shuttle through Integrity for our students in Grades 4-6 to the Pomona School at approximately 8:15am every day. This will allow for families to drop off to only two schools on the same campus to avoid having to travel to Pomona School.
After Care (Afternoon): Arthur Rann Elementary School students who require after care will also be picked up at the locations listed in the table above.
Preschool Students and Ms. Hafto’s Class = Roland Rogers Elementary School
Grades Kindergarten - 6th Grade = Galloway Township Middle School
After Care at both Roland Rogers Elementary School and Galloway Township Middle School will begin after the normal dismissal time through 6:00pm. (See maps below)
Grade 4-6 Students: Similar to the morning, Integrity Transportation will provide a shuttle to our students in grades 4-6, to transport them from the Pomona School to the Galloway Township Middle School. Please note that due to other transportation obligations students in grades 4-6, requiring after care services, will be picked up from the Pomona School at approximately 4:00pm each day and then dropped off at GTMS; please plan accordingly as they are anticipated to arrive to GTMS between 4:15 - 4:30pm each day.
NOTE: If you're receiving this communication and your child is in preschool, but attends the Gateway Head Start preschool program, this child care update would not impact your family.
